HELLO
![]() Dear whichever-sec-4-student-that-is-disappointed-with-their-results, I know how you guys feel. Haha, I'm like utterly disappointed with my results as well.. But hey! On a lighter note, at least we know how much we gotta brush up on certain subjects. For me, all of them. And we've got the entire holidays to do so. Don't be demoralised or anything. Don't break down, like what I did. Cause whatever results you got, should be expected. If you studied, you will expect good results. If you didn't, too bad. For some, I know you've put in 101% in studying, but still didn't do well. It's okay! Make mistakes now, and by O's, they will be gone. Parents aren't gonna be understanding. Even if you improved by 10 marks, but still have the same grade, they're still gonna give you an earful. Prolly some parents expect too much, like straight As? Their expectations are for your own good. Really. Who's gonna sit for O's? Who's future is determined by what's printed on YOUR O level cert? We all know the answer. But whether or not we have a good future, it's up to us. Starting from now. No more procrastinating. No more regrets. No more disappointment. We're halfway there people. Lets put in our best for the remaining time left we have before sitting for our O's. Truth is, I'm already nervous and am gonna start my revision tomorrow. Yes, TOMORROW. Be proud of me. Yours sincerely, Someone-that-was-badly-affected-by-her-results-but-is-okay-now :) |
